What counts as a bag? A tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag with no rips or
tears, filled but not overstuffed (up to about 18 lbs). Please keep it under the cap so it
washes and dries properly — heavier bags may count as two.

Bag requirements
- A tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag — no overstuffing, rips, or tears.
- Please leave your bag on the porch for pickup.
- Let us know about delicate fabrics or hang-dry items ahead of time.
Pickup & delivery
- Pickup and drop-off run Monday through Friday.
- We confirm your pickup time the day before — or within about 2 hours for same-day bookings.
- Deliveries are made to your front door within our service area.
Handling & care
We treat your laundry with care, but we can’t guarantee stain removal and aren’t responsible for pre-existing damage, items left in pockets, shrinkage, or color bleeding. Please disclose delicate fabrics so we can handle them properly.
